Every six or seven hours, my ISP shuts my connection down for a minute or so. Just long enough for Services to die. About 50% of the time I don't have physical access to the machine it's running on anymore, so I can't start it up again.
I'm working on this. Services isn't staying down, it'll be back to being up 24/7 again in a few days.

Edit: As a stopgap measure, I'm going to go back to running it on my desktop machine for a while. I don't have access to this machine all the time either, though, so there will still be regular downtime.

But now that we have the real culprit we could find a date to meet,
