Bug in the counter:

It is currently 4:00 PM Central US Time on 4/17/2003. It will be released at about 11:00 PM Central US Time on 4/18/2003. That is about a 31 hour gap. Yet, the counter reports at 39 hour gap. Please fix.

EDIT: Time is now fixed.

Just a note:

Pacific time is 2 hours behind Central (Mountain Time zone is between the two) and Central is GMT -5 in the spring/summer and GMT -6 in the fall/winter (daylight savings make GMT +/- measurements a pain).

This means that Pacific Time is GMT -7 right now, i.e. when it is midnight in Greenwich it is 5:00pm in Los Angeles.

It means I'm helping the Americans here, some of them which posted in this thread, to understand how to measure their difference from GMT, including taking daylight savings into account.

yeah. Average release time for a patch has been around 11:00-1:00.
