Impersanations, stuffs words in someone's mouth and makes people think there on and this is how they act.
Warp jumping, you fly into the wormhole, invulnerable, whilest rockets pelt your ship.

1 and 3 are cheating death.
2 is just being an inconsiderate child.

Well I agree with Icarus on this one, they are all legitimate tactics. If it is there, why not use it to your advantage??? Anyway, I have agreed to stop doing the impersonations, but not the stationing and warping ;)

This thread is funny. It contains no less than three guides, a reference to me as not the ebil culprit and a really irritating newb that can scour pages of old threads for one about guides, but not the "forum suggestions" thread about why we don't have sigs.

i still think that a summon guide command wouold be great especially if it could work through the irc bot, or perhaps a special guid relay bot. then they wouldent have to have the game running they could simply leave irc running in the background. could be usefull for when they arent in game but are doing something that they can be interupted in.

The IRC bot already relays everything to them on IRC< and they're notified (audibly on many IRC clients) when their name comes up. Else, use /msg irc msg Guide.

I'd be a guide, if they asked, but they wont, so I wont. We don't need more guides. We need ingame systems to deal with folk like /ignore.

IMHO /vote mute should be removed though, and summink like /guide "hey, they are having a platform war again" or /guide "lolz, we hate tumblemonster so we want him muted" should be implemented. I knows guides aint payed, so this should goto both guides like a buddy message if they aint online with any char on their account, and devs as like a bug report thing.

If a guide is online, even as an alt, then /guide will do nothing, cos, like, theres a guide online.
