(update to newspost)

Our whole move thing was delayed a bit, by electrical needs and carpet cleaning, but now we seem to finally be under way. Our office internet has been a bit spotty lately, and our phone service may be completely nonfunctional for a bit, but we should be moved and working in the new office by the end of the week.

Not that this has much bearing on the game, beyond the fact that.. once we're settled in, you'll start to see more updates and things again.

I heard the three you were also arrested for a fight over the last strawberry yoghurt.

Unfortunately when Ray went to assemble his desk he found out that the other devs had stolen his screws and poor Ray can't put the new desk together.

so why was my post deleted and not genka's or lemming's? I mean, we were all talking about yogurt and the killing of said yogurt, which I admit was off topic. Was it because I'm somehow of lesser importance than those two? As nice as they are, I think that if one yogurt post is going to be deleted for "cleaning" purposes, then all yogurt posts should be deleted. Otherwise people feel singled out.

hmm... I thought I made it under the "post by" date.

We're mostly all moved in now. Internet is working. We didn't steal ray's screws (honest!) but his desk mysteriously didn't come with the required hardware. But, he's all set up now. So hopefully we'll soon be able to get back to actual game development, instead of lifting heavy objects and pondering how to arrange furniture (or running wiring, like Andy).

In what sector were the screws last seen?
If you would modify a mineral scanner to suit their exact mineral composition I could go look for them.

update: Ray's desk is fully assembled and the new office is much larger and brighter. This one comes with lights in the form of wall sconces and some really neat overhead fixtures.

all they need to do now is set up a computer station for Michael and move a conference table into place.
