Multiple Sector Jumps
Perhaps the game is designed this way for a reason? If so, please explain it to me...
Anyway, I was thinking that if users had multiple waypoints set, it would be nice if the ship automatically jumped to the end waypoint, instead of stopping at every waypoint along the plotted course. Of course, if the user hits a wormhole, an ion storm, or some other anomaly they would proceed normally.
Maybe this could be implemented as new and expensive technology only available at high levels?

Why don't you invent something a bit more reasonable like a super-charged turbo boost that sends you all the way to the 3000m jump mark so you don't waste any time.

Come on, Overkill... While I understand your sarcasm I don't see the need for it.
Please note, I also suggested that there would still be anomalies that would interrupt the warp including wormholes. Currently it seems redundant to plot a course only to load a sector where you will stay all of one second...

aka,
if the plotted course doesn't break the 3k distance from large asteroids it just skips loading that sector and goes onto the next (maybe even being the endpoint)

Renegade- Thanks, that fits with-in the Vendetta universe.
If it is a time issue, then maybe it would take a little longer to jump than normal? This could tie into the suggestion I made about having a wormhole animation instead of a loading... screen.
