Regarding the EULA...
I would like to suggest that the EULA be limited to the first logon instead of each logon. It's not that big a deal but I do find it a bit irritating having to agree to something at each logon that I've already agreed to. Just a though. :-)
Paedric, the EULA is always open to change. Therefore, for legal reasons, it needs to be displayed at every login. Perhaps if it were only shown when it was changed...?
I personally don't find it that irritating to move my mouse down and hit "I agree".

They should at least bind enter to agree. I never use my mouse on login, but now I have to for that.
now thats completely lazy rogue lol
Meh, I guess I'm kinda used to it, since I have to do the same thing for FF XI. I'm actually not quite sure what the reason is...
yea, atleast bind it to enter.. it's fairly annoying.
Binding it to ENTER would permit the defense of "But, I never meant to agree, I just hit they key by accident. I never saw it!" Actually going to the effort of clicking it indicates that you made the *decision* to accept.
Actually:
Showing it -every- time can be considered deceptive behaviour, because people only read it once, and then click dis/agree every time after, therefore not noticing changes.

That's preposterous!
Incidentally, please box up all of your belongings and have them ready in the driveway for pickup - as per the agreement.

Isn't "Customer is responsable for keeping him/herserlf updated as to the status of the EULA at all times" part of the EULA?
I feel the EULA only needs to be shown at the first login. The Aggreement will only need to be re-shown if it changes and will require acccepting again.
The 'I Disagree' button should be the default button and the customer (as that is who we are now) should accept the aggreement either by using the cursor keys to move to the 'I Agree' button and then hitting 'Enter' or by clicking on 'I Agree' with the mouse. That way a physical mouse movement or a two keystroke combination is required to accept.

Every other MMO of note, that I'm aware of, displays their EULA every time. And since people like Sony (and even people like CCP) have more money to spend on attourneys than we do, I assume it's probably a good thing.
It also makes sure that people agreed to it at the time when they played. Something loggable timewise. I dunno, I don't think it's all that terribly annoying.

Why not, after the first time, display the EULA only when there have been changes made to it?
Guess I'm not up on the newer games then. When I was involved with UO (Ultima Online) This was not the norm. As I said, it's not a big deal. I'll adjust.

can be thrown off as deceptive practice actually.
Also, the EULA doesn't have a "last modified on" entry.
