First, I'm not saying we should get rid of Whistler but... we could use another Mod. Spence IMHO is more than qualified...

1: He is pretty well liked by most of the community.
2: He seems to be pretty impartial.
3: In all of his posts (at least that I've seen) he seems to have no drama.
4: He doesn't have the (incredibly amusing) super hero Vs. Arch Nemesis dynamic that Whistler and Impavid have.
5: His posts seem honest and concise, without sacrificing humor where it is appropriate.
6: I've never seen him lose his cool in game or on the forums.
7: He tends towards fairly intelligent well written posts.

Don't get me wrong Whistler is ok as a mod, and recently he has been stepping up a lot more than in the past. He handled the Jmvcilus situation in the RP forum quickly and reasonably though he doesn't always seem impartial.

Adding Spence as a moderator would take some of the burden off of Whistler, give us a completely impartial moderator who is intelligent, level headed, pretty well liked and (when need be) entertaining.

You could have advocated for CrazySpence without invoking me, ya know.

Yeah, you're not completely impartial and you seem to have missed the complimentary parts (so I quoted them for you) and you seem like you take things personally... like the OP for example.

Because I've seen you take things personally when they were not meant to be, I thought it best to...
1: Outline why I think CS should be a mod.
2: Outline your positive qualities.
3: Outline the negatives as well, because everyone has certain negative traits.

Didn't realize you'd see this as an attack. Especially given how the words "replace Whistler with Spence" never showed up. Nor was anything I said untrue, unkind, unfair or mean spirited.

You might want to consider your own bias, as you have assigned a whole lot of baggage to my one sentence reply. Advocate for CS as an additional Mod. Great. Leave me out of it.

I support *another* mod, maybe even two more... 3 heads think better than one, and 3 persons certainlly are more present than one.

I've been facing the rats and trolls for 8 and a half years. However I don't know if Ryan has read all of my posts based on his description of me as I have had my moments as well

Spence, I've been reading your posts for more than six years and yeah you may have your moments but who doesn't? I maintain that you would be level headed, reasonable and most importantly...unbiased and effective.
