Captains license
Just a thought but with the introduction of player owned Tridents, the eventual release of the other cappies and a new type of cappie in the works... maybe a
"Captains License" might be a cool thing.
Just another licence level, it would dictate what type of cappies you could have.
I figure you'd have to be a member of your nations military and complete several skirmishes or cappie related missions (4-8) per month or maybe you would start to lose points.
[EDIT] License requirement for Captains license eligibility: Combat 10
[EDIT] Enemy standing -900 and national +999

+1, interesting idea, but imo make these missions reqs at least 10 combat
+1 but make 2 types of license, the military and civilian grades.
Military Captains should be in military, have destroyed X enemy capitals, taken N skirmishes, Combat:10, Heavy:10, enemy standing <-600 and local >800... so on...
Civilian Captains should have TRADE:10, Heavy:8, Combat:8 and local standing >800.
That leads us to having 2 classes of cappies, military/civilian. Military Captain "includes" civilian license.
