Rare drops are fun, and these don't have huge advantages over regular gatling turrets. I can think of a lot of things various people have wanted removed from the game, including regular gatling turrets, but I've never heard complaints about the HQGT existing.

I'd rather have hive posis than AGT. It's fine as it is. Yeah, it's.... weird, but what about all the other easter eggs in VO?

+1 Make them 1% drop rate or even 0.1%. Don't change hive-posi drop rates.

Making stupidly-not-useful shit pointlessly rare is sort of VO's whole approach.

Actually, I think i've suggested this before, but It would be cool if there was a a better (higher velocity/damage, smaller AutoAim) version of the gatling *cannon* that would be worth using. Perhaps the HQGT can come back as that?

@abortretryfail: the "HQGC" is good as it is, but perhaps that idea for an improvement to the gatling cannon... maybe a gatling cannon mk2? :)

Hive Queen Gatling Cannon as its named ingame, but its really a hive version of the gatling turret...

myself and several others would like to see the HQGT back in the game as a drop from the hive queen, and it wouldnt take much at all to return being able to jettison HQGT's and put 'em back on as a drop from queens either :)

its slightly better than the current commercially available "AGT" and i personally love(d) using it for botting. the hive queen version of it makes it just good enough to be worth actually using, and i'm missing being able to get this weapon.

kind of like the hive positron blaster, its pretty much a slightly better AAPB and if someone's willing to take the time to kill the queens to get it, they should have access to something a hair better than what's commercially available :

Awesome, so I only have to possibly waste a ton of game time to get a weapon isn't "that" special.

Well, we can still sell them to eachother for ridiculous prices. I find it more a special reward for killing a lot of queens instead of something you actively hunt to get.
