A new command /tag bound by default to "h".

/tag records you character name, your ship type, system/sector, and time. You must be in the same sector to tag a character. Characters can opt to tag themselves.

This information can be made available via web interface, as an addition to the players online graph. Tags last 24 hours. Newer tags delete older tags for the same character, so only the most recent tags will show for a given character.

'h' is hail.
