First of all, I suggest using a light-grey font color for bounty-related news stories to distinguish them from non-bounty news (which would stay white text).

And right now there is about 2 weeks of bounty news that has caused all the other non-bounty headlines to expire. How about separate expiration times for bounty and regular news stories? Say, 1 or 2 weeks for bounties and 1 or 2 months for non-bounty news. (or maybe separate limits on the number of stories that are shown for each would be better...)

I really like that collected bounties show up in the station news. I don't see anything wrong with the OP either.

You could always make a single post with all of the bounties in it. It could be updated whenever a new bounty was collected, with the previous list of bounties collected deleted.

a seperate bounties section would be nice, then again, so would classifieds section too.
