would it be possible to have a line in the chat appear (like when you destroy a bot) that tells me what cargo i picked up ? It's slightly annoying to go to jettison to check.

It shows an icon of the cargo to the left...

Perhaps it's better to have a text alert appear in green on your screen like when info goes into the Advancement log.
