Serco standing dropped x2
I was dueling in Sedina B-8, trying out lmines, and all of a sudden the Serco collectors ran into my mines. I lost 20 Serco standing for that.
Under other circumstances I wouldn't care, but I was +1000 at the time. It took me a MONTH to get my standing up to +1000.

Ummm. So let me get this straight.
You put mines on your own convoy's traffic route?

The convoy had been gone for a half hour, and I was 4.5km from the wormhole, and not along route between the entrypoint from L-2 and the wormhole. The Collectors ran straight toward my mines and exploded themselves on them.
Besides, shouldn't the friendly fire lockout apply?

I was participating in the duel in question. I think the whole situation is hilarious, only because I forgot the Convoy Bots were still pacing around the sector. So when something exploded in Solra's little lmine trap, I was wondering who would be dumb enough to wander straight into an SC Prom with 4 lmines set around it.
It's your own damn fault for doing it in a convoy sector. Denied.
Requests for standing fixes aside, I was under the impression that there was a friendly fire lockout on other members of my nation. I had no idea that it was as inconsistent as this. I think this is a bug.

Edit: I just tested this out with CrippledPidgeon. The mines did NOT attack him. I had no reason to expect the mines to attack the collectors that had been defending the convoy. (A full half hour before, I might add.)
If Itani get their standings fixed for pilot error as major as missing a "Protected status" warning, why don't I get my standing fixed for a completely inexplicable standing drop? (This is merely intended to be something to ponder, I don't mind having to NPC bot my way back up to +1000, I just don't want other people to wind up in this situation. I repeat: Do not fix my standings.)

I won't, don't worry.
It does make me wonder, however, why the mines attacked your own convoy. Anyonw who knows the logic of the faction system care to tell?

In alpha, didn't Lightning Mines attack EVERYTHING, even you? I vaguely remember that once you dropped the mine, you had to get away really quickly.
That might be a good feature to put back in the future.
I guess what I'm saying is: what is the desired function of the Lightning mines? They appear to have attacked Serco bots, but not a Serco player. Now were the mines supposed to not attack the bots, or were they supposed to attack the player?

Well hey, give me a break. Until recently, I hadn't used Lightning mines since we had weapon widgets :P
