Since 1.8.246, the new "NO" sign that shows when you drag an addon over any place on your ship that isn't a port is huge on PC platforms compared to the size of the addon icon or ship port icons. It makes sense to do this for touch platforms, since your finger is in the way, but it's just kind of jarring to see this on a normal PC.

Tested personally on Linux 64bit. Heard from others that it happens on other platforms.

It also should not appear when you drag the add-on into nowhere. Newbs might think that they just can't use it.

Hmm, good point. It'd make more sense if it only did that when you tried to drag it onto a port that it won't fit in.
