400k? That'd be fun to solve on our own! Or, in the face of a truly impossible queen, we've generally assembled an extra rag or 2 to pop the levi without clearing all crits, thereby resetting that hive.

@PaK: I've never seen a demon queen's recharge reduced by a sector reset. Some of them survived for weeks.

@devs: while we're at it, riddle me this: Is the phenomenon of critical skirmish queens with ungodly recharge rates tied to how many times NPC's (and Players) lose that skirmish? Or is it based on how many lesser hive infestations are present in a system? Or BOTH? I've seen a minor reduction (25-50k) in recharge rates after clearing all available lesser HS's, but not on the scale of these monster queens. I have long suspected that the Serco and Itani hives, so often neglected, grow thusly un-pruned.

It's supposedly due to the lesser hive skirmishes, but they cleared out ALL of them a while back and this queen was still indestructible.

Coincidentally, the server restarted several days ago. The shield strength must have been fixed when that happened.
