I was playing with avalons today, and experienced something strange. I had gotten myself temp-kos with Corvus, so had flown over to XX to reload and test something. I launched some avalons, docked to reload, then launched some more while the old ones were still flying. One of the avalons (don't know which) hit and killed a station guard within the nfz, and I got the "don't shoot people in the nfz!" message, but nothing happened. No penalty, no XX tmp kos.

Ten minutes later when my corvus tmpkos expired, I got the penalty for killing the guard. Never got the XX tmp kos though.

I know that being tmp kos delays penalties with the tmp kos faction. Is it perhaps applying the delay globally instead of only to that faction?

In case it is relevant, I was homed with corvus.
