I've seen this before. It happens most often on the capships that are 'parked' and don't move. The ones that Incarnate spawned in B-8 last night did it too.

Yep, been like that for me since BS started.

Seems to be much less of an issue when using a turret in a HS.

Happens in escort tridents too, but only if targeting a stationary object like a border turret.
