Biocom Mines refill when loaded as cargo
Uh, so I just made a biocom mine today, loaded it as cargo and dropped it off at Latos N-15, only to be greeted by a 500,000 credit refill bill. What i'm mainly peeved about is the fact that it refilled even though it was loaded as cargo. Weapons shouldn't be refillable unless they are loaded in a weapons port.
I am also sub-peeved that it wasn't therefore reloaded in the station I made it in (i8), as it would have been FREE. Now that I know that the mines are created empty, of course I will make sure to refill in the conq stations, but, really -- they shouldn't be reloadable if you just have the loaded as cargo.

all ammo-based weapons will get reloaded if they are in your hold. I assume that is to refill battlefield scavenged drops. The Biocom mines having recently been given a 2 mine capacity still are created with 1 mine, so yes: reload them at i8 before you leave!
um, while I'm at it: is there a limit to the number of times you can manufacture TU mines at i8? I thought you could make 2 a day, but haven't seen the mission available for a few days. How can I stockpile my arsenal of freedom if I can't make more?

This is not a bug. It's intended that way and it's a feature.
Making a new alt and doing the mission is faster than manufacturing them. Lol
Edit: it may interest readers here to know that I made a version of autoRR that can be toggled on and off to avoid paying for the silly tu reload prices unintentionally. Gonna upload to wiki ASAP.

Side note: seeker missiles should be refillable if TU mines and avalons are.
Aerna Seekers are disposable suicide bots. They're like the only non-reloadable weapon that makes sense to be non-reloadable.
"all ammo-based weapons will get reloaded if they are in your hold."
That's only if you have the autoRR plugin installed, correct?
And it seems like a bug to me that a manufactured weapons wouldn't come loaded when you make them. Is that indeed the case here?

they should either be built loaded or unloaded, not half loaded. I've never bought a gun and been told 'here, this is enough to half fill a magazine' they either come with complimentary ammo, or without.
yes that is the case, meridian, pretty lame huh? so, what are we only manufacturing the launching mechanism?
I don't see how Aerna Seekers are any more disposable than any other NPC. If they were truly not meant to be re-used, they shouldn't redock after launching. And, continuing this line of thinking, Avalons shouldn't be refillable either, since they are a bot drop.

good point, look
Aerna Seekers explode when "used". There's nothing left to re-use...
+1 to this: they should either be built loaded or unloaded, not half loaded.

Look ...Lawyer Coding! (Fix allowing autoRR to be toggleable and have pretty colours)
