I took two skirmish missions this morning and neither one of them ended when the countdown was completed, one actually went into negative numbers since the last ship to pop was a connie. At that point all fighters and serco ships jumped out of the sector and left only the Itani cap ships.
I aborted the large I was playing when it wouldnt finish and did a small skirmish, that too had the same results. So I jumped back in the sector the large took place in and all the cap ships from the large were still there... I thought it had been long enough for the sector to time out but perhaps not.

Cap ships still sitting in large skirmish sector after taking small skirmish-

I also just noticed that on the navigation map sectors are be colored as if skirms have taken place in them when they are not.
When I started this morning it was Itani 2/ Serco 1, I took both skirms and had to abort them both at the end of the countdown.
Now looking at the navigation map its Itani 3/ Serco 3, but both sectors I took skirms in are not colored and have cap ships still in them, and the ones that were colored never had skirmish missions in them. (Unless someone completed them in less then 10 minutes) And no more skirms are available at this time.

So, wait, was this a problem at 3AM? Or this is still a problem now, at noon?

Now, I never got to play any last night because none came up on the mission board.

Cap ships are stuck in O-1 and P-3... I took a fighter skirmish with the same results but can't remember what sector those ships are stuck in.

The problem is fixed now, but you may find some ships still around that shouldnt be; just tell me about it in game and I'll clean them up.
