Very minor issue.

At some point the text returned when entering /guild should reflect the recent changes made to the voting system.

While looking at it , a notification that a vote has been recorded would be good.

Oh , and add the information that [ /guild vote Lieutenant "player name" no ] is actually a single vote by only the commander not the council, and that it decommissions a Lieutenant without ejecting them from the guild.
