Joining the Military is a group mission.

This means that if a UIT joins a Hive Skirmish group and allows a Serco or Itani to dock and take the "Join the Military" mission, that UIT will involuntarily join the military.

THIS IS A BIG DEAL!

Joining the military automatically drops a UIT's status to dislike even from POS. And they can't leave the military.

So for fucks sakes, make Join Military a solo mission!

Well, I flagged this as a potential exploit on a support ticket last november. So far no reply.

Clearly, there needs to be a mechanism for leaving the military for anyone caught out this way.

No I have to agree with the OP. Joining the military should only be a group mission for high school teenagers.... For the rest of us it should be strictly solo...
