Conc railgun doesn't reload.
Made some at I8 , had a go with them , they don't seem to reload ?

I'm fairly sure this is a bug. The mission author has no control over which weapons are reloadable or not. Concussion railguns have been unable to be reloaded since they were first introduced to the game years ago.
slime73, you are correct that I have no control over whether or not the weapon is reloadable. However, the ConcRail was tested and introduced to the game with the nonreloadability of the weapon in mind. It's also mentioned in the crafting mission for the ConcRail that the weapon can't be reloaded at the present time. From a design standpoint this affects everything from the difficulty of the missions leading up to the ConcRail, to the costliness of the ConcRail in terms of resources. Therefore, it is not a bug.
Well, considering the weapon's other stats, it's not really worth it to use over any other weapon currently, especially with it's non-reloadable status. IMO. :p

I have two CRGs, one is empty and the other isn't. But in the inventory I see only "2x CRG".

Equip one. If it is the full one, great. If it isn't, put the full one inside your cargo hold and unequip the empty one. Now get rid of the empty one - either sell it, equip it to some other ship, or put it in a ship's cargo hold (but not the same hold that has the full one). Now unload and equip the full one.
If you have a ship with two ports, this is much simpler. Just equip one, and if it's the wrong one, equip the other as well and remove the empty one after.

Ok, I posted since I was wondering whether it was a bug or not. Considering that they are only 10 shots I feel they should be reloadable, so let's make it a suggestion that they should be.
