Items dropped either willing or by explosion in storm sectors are timing out as soon as you leave storm sectors. I tested it a few times to make sure it wasn't a fluke.

That would explain why the last couple times i went in a storm with a radar extender to find my cargo it was long gone when i got there even though it hadn't been 5 minutes and i was only a few hundred meters from the (fixed) exit point.

I didn't have this problem a month ago when I died and went back to get something in a storm.
