Lately I tend to leave IRC open in my second monitor while I'm in-game so that at least the global chats don't get lost in the noise of my plugins and such.

Since doing this I've noticed that from time to time, somebody says something while I'm warping and it never shows up in my client.

I didn't think to check the chat log that VO saves to see if it does show up in the file and just not in-game, or if my client doesn't get it at all. I will check that next time I see it happen.

This is an old bug that has been supposedly fixed on at least one occasion. Apparently not then.

I have this problem as well. It's not so much an issue with general chat like ch100 as it is with group/guild messages that you can't see via IRC or other means.

There's a brief period when loading the next sector that I commonly lose chat messages, pm, ch100, or otherwise.
