On several occasions after the levi is killed there are several HS missions that are miss posted. When they are taken there is no counter at the bottom of the screen and when you arrive in sector only your group is present....

Mission probably should not be generated in the first place....

This is probably the levi/queen killed between missions thing.

If they are killed right after the faction bots leave the mission sector they leave those fake missions behind.
