Not sure if this has been brought up before but "/me" doesn't work in group or system chat.

Slime wrote a plugin that "fakes" emotes in group chat; he could modify it to work in system chat as well.

Unfortunately, this is more of a "feature" than a "bug" for the moment -- what slime's done is the only thing we can do until the devs add _EMOTE events for group and system chat -- they're literally not programmed into the game.
