I've been having this problem and it is VERY annoying. I pay 10$ a month for this game, I should be able to play it.

Yeah, we're having some ISP issues. We're working on figuring out what exactly is going on.

Chillax, jajaja, this sorta thing happens all the time. Most online companies are at the mercy of their ISP, and it's almost always completely out of their hands to fix the problem instantly. Having a few hours downtime won't kill ya. Find something else to do for a while and then check back later on. These problems happen to everyone. Heck, doesn't your own ISP occasionally act up also? Aren't you paying a monthly fee?

Look at it this way. You're right in saying that you are paying $10 a month. But if you're like any sane human being you wouldn't be spending every single hour online within that time period. Should we expect a fairly reliable service? Yes. Has Guild Software offered it? Absolutely. Has stuff gone wrong on occasion? Of course. But not more than a few hours, at the most, which is better than I can say for my very own ISP!

I agree with Arolte.
But this crashes today are very annoying so ppl tend to overreact.

My ISP has recently decided to change their IP almost daily. This sucks because I have a static IP connection so I have to change it everytime they do... VERY annoying and I need a static IP to play some of my games (hosting them) STUPID COMCAST!!!!!!!
