Star Buck and Jaarvix have knowingly and willfully violated the standing non aggression pact agreed to by the commander of [ONE], Keria willennium.

I do not maintain non aggression pacts with guilds that can not be trusted to maintain a treaty, and/or impose meaningful discipline within their ranks.

It does not surprise me that members of other guild that might wish to justify their own positions would interpret this in a light that makes me the guilty party. I would not care to name names or point fingers anymore than Strat would.

It would also not surprise me that pilots that have no presence in grey would make light of the situation, as they have nothing to fear, and offer nothing to be feared.

Some guilds simply can not be trusted to maintain any coherent internal discipline or adhere to a predictable or respectable set of principles. And thus are not really worth attempting to maintain a treaty with.

I tend to make it public knowledge who I am at war with, and I hold the guilds that have made treaties with me to enforce their own guild's policies and disciplines. If one guild's failure to assert internal discipline is to be used as excuse, then let the success and example of guilds that have honorably maintained treaties be used to counter such weak excuses.

I still don't understand why you think anyone would care whether or not you are at war with them.

You don't have to care. Just stay out of my blaster range and you will be just fine. Perhaps Star Buck and Jaarvix like going boom multiple times in a vain effort to defend a [CLM]. I am ok with that. Pehaps [PA] like to run and hide when I am online. I am ok with that too. I don't care if you care, as long as you learn to stay out of my way.

Your non aggression pact was originally with an older guild, and you have been gone a long time, to be coming back acting like a pirate and talking as you are. kinda interesting that you wouldn't bring this subject up in person.

c) Let star buck say in these forums that he didn't break the treaty. why are you speaking for star buck?

d) perhaps star buck wasn't defending the CLM. we where getting along just fine until I boomed the CLM, and then he attacked. coincidence? don't care.

e) if a guild can't be trusted to keep a treaty, why even agree to one in the first place? oh well. some guild can be trusted and some can't. they tend to sort themselves out in the end now don't they?
