I've been trying to contact both Gamestop.com and billing@guildsoftware.com about the second free month that was supposed to come with my pre-order for quite a while now. Is anybody getting my e-mails?

Nah, Gamestop completely fscked up on this. I'd shoot one of the devs an email; they'll probably set it up for you.

Awhile ago, when gamestop first messed this up, a1k0n said to forward your order confirmation email to him at:

Just be sure to explain your situation in the email. I'm not sure if he can still change your account status, but it is worth a shot.
