Same here. I get past the updater, enter my login, and then get stuck at "Entering Universe..."

Count yourself lucky . I am ingame on my own and I can't get out .......

I am also stuck at the "Entering Universe" screen. funny, in-game chat is working as is IRC. It seems only parts of the server have gone up in flames? Like... logging on, warping in game (to my understanding), and doing just about anything.

Looking into it, sorry it took us awhile. None of our automatic monitoring alarms have gone off.

Server is back up. We lost a cluster server. Usually our underlying architecture is fault-tolerant enough to handle this, but some of the newer "Kourier" based infrastructure isn't built for that yet. We'll have to push that development up in priority.

Sorry for the downtime everyone.

We do have a little less server capacity than before, but it should be fine. We were planning to add more in a week or two anyway.

I hate it when you lose a cluster.
