Well, school is starting and my payments about to expire (Sept. 7th), so I'm probably not going to continue until a major update (i.e. player-owned frigates *drooooool*).

So just some quick questions:

Will my character die (lose all XP/money, etc.)? I don't think so, but I want to be sure

Also posted by Inc:
FYI, maximum station storage capacities has already been implemented. It isn't in effect yet, but will go into effect right around the time of the economy-redux, to combat the problem of people buying ships/equipment ahead of time (anything over the max limit will be discarded).

I have a TON of stuff stocked up in stations (I'm extremely messy in rl, do you think it'll be better in a game?)...will it just disappear?!?!?

Inactive accounts are not deleted for 6 months. So far, accounts that have been inactive for longer than 6 months haven't been deleted either (I think), but if your account is canceled for more than 6 months, don't count on it still being there when you come back (it might be, but no guarantee).

Actually, it seems Guild hasn't decided on exactly what their policy is going to be regarding this. I thought I remembered the devs saying six months, but when I search, I don't find that, I find these:

I hate to say this, but since my brother, (curse Elam), doesn't want to keep paying his half of the monthly bill, I don't think you'll be seeing me for another 5 months. *sniff* *sniff*
Yes, fire me if you want Solra. *sniff* *sniff*
Around Christmas break...
So long... *sniff* *sniff*
I should be back though.

No fooz! You were a loyal SVQSoA participant! (Who participated once...)

And Calder...I don't see you on anymore. But you're a traitor to our cause! :P

Still, I'll probably miss you.

And Mark, thanks for the lovely comment as always

This is a group communication from Mar Ani and PapaSan Mani Mansfield (and a third secret identity)

Due to the rising costs of gasoline and the short commute we have we decided to turn all our resources toward buying a bicycle to aid us in our trading empire. As funds become available (or a major update which we could not refuse to view) our Trade and Mining concern will be up and running again soon.

For those of you who may miss us, we are sorry. For those of us who hate us, we are sorry we are out of reach.

Space is deep, we will be back!

in response to Johnhawl218:

yes there are a great many people who just have a hard time affording MMOs. To them I say: save your money and make sure you can pay your bills before spending anything extra.

Unfortunatly even in this day and age of the USA, some things many of us take for granted(THE INTERNET!!) are above the living means of the less fortunate.

After spending a crave filled night of posting in the board, and drooling over my many screenshots I bit the bullet and bought a lot of ramon...

Mar and Papa are back...

Space crack I tell you...
