How do you post Latex on the forums?

I know you can do it, since I've seen it a few times. But seaching the forums I can't find any post that describes the syntax.

Anybody can help me with this?

Thanks!

You can't. There's supertext and subtext tags somewhere, but that's it. Just use latex2pdf and post a link.

Superscript is done by typing a carat (^) and then the text to be shifted upwards in { and }.

Subscript is the same, only with an underscore (_) replacing the carat. So:

2^ {4} (no space) reads 24.
FACE_ {16} (no space) reads FACE16.

Cool.

At least there is some LATEX-ness here =)

Yeah, it's not really LATEX, and it has trouble with nested operations when you edit your message. HTML has entities built in for math stuff, though, like Σ and ∫ which you can also use.
