Long Term Subscriber Program

As a small, indie developer, we've had players for many years who have gone far above and beyond in their desire to support the on-going development of our game. Until now, we've never really had a way to show our appreciation for their efforts. With them in mind, we've created this program as a way to identify and give thanks to those stalwart souls who help us "fight the good fight" on the leading edges of the space genre.

The program is offered to any Premium member (from $9.99 to Two Years) who is willing to pledge their word that they will maintain their subscription for one year from the current date. There is no cost difference, no legal contract or other nonsense, this is just on your honor. (Anyone who subscribes in bulk with 12 months or more will automatically receive the Long Term Subscriber benefits).

The benefits are very real, like early access to new content (ships, addons, game areas). Even some higher-level endgame content (like the Corvus Greyhound Camo below) will be entirely exclusive to those committed to supporting the game. We also maintain a separate email contact list for our "Long Term Subscribers", allowing us to give them advanced notice of features, or invite them to early gameplay tests for Events and content we don't yet want to try with the general public.

Anyone who maintains their subscription during their pledged year (and beyond) will retain the "Long Term Supporter" status that grants this special access.

Those who break their pledge, and cancel during their year, will not be invited to re-join the program (of course, exceptions will be made for reasonable billing problems and the like).

After their respective year, people may cancel without negative ramification. They will lose their "Long Term Supporter" status upon cancellation, but will be welcome to re-apply for another year if they choose.
