Decrease turbo energy to 50/sec, decrease speed to 215m/s. It's rarely used, and I think this might help with that... though it still has a tiny cargo and paper-thin armor.

Pirren, armor is not huge compared to other fighters. The Valk Rune has a very large profile, and only 600 armor more than a CorVult, though perhaps not "paper-thin."

Prom MkII with 50/sec drain is fine with me, unless it was increased for a balance reason. Remove a bit of thrust and there you go.

They were both nerfed for "a balance reason" -- they're so well balanced now that nobody wants either.

Make the center port a large port and decrease its armor by 500. It will be used then, and I don't believe it would be imbalanced given its low thrust and 220m/s top speed. If you must... give it 200kg extra weight to compensate (though Large port weapons are already heavier, so I don't believe there is a need for a nerf).
