Change Turret Radar Blips Yellow

Because I far too often get them confused with ships and I bet newbs do too.

Yes, we need visually different turrets on radar *and* a turret-specific targetting system. Come on, Wing Commander had it already when this game was still only in the heads of the devs.

edit: while we're at it... can we please have a different command for targeting turrets? say, 'b' selects right in front of you, and 'B' selects turrets in front of you? Same for 'x' vs 'X'. I'm tired of selecting turrets.

I believe the radar needs more general buff.

1) I always wanted to differentiate even player characters.

My original idea:

NPCs - Dots (as they are now)
PCs - Triangles (draw in a layer above NPCs/Dots)
Turrets - Small dots or small circles
Capships - Squares

2) Why do we see our own turrets on the radar screen? They make it even more messy. Get rid of them. (requested earlier)

3) Paint the jump point cursor (a green cross) in a different color and set it above all the others symbols. The color would be the same as for WHs.

+1 to OP, +3 to Infinitis, and just so you know, other players' missiles/mines appear yellow. So, make turrets purple?

I love infinitis' idea.
I don't want to get rid of the turrets blip, because you'll want to know when you actually have a gunner or npc whenever that comes, where they are positioned so plays to strategy.

Make turrets blip a PINK TRIANGLES for enemy turrets, and greeninsh-blue triangles for allied turrets.
Turrets become a triangle colored similar, but different enough, from Friend/Foe color.

Get rid of my own turrets blips on radar. That is useless. Only adds confusion. My turrets position never changes. Any basic radar can remove fixed objects.

Give us an "Aim Turret" key. Make normal aim key (b) not target turrets. (Consider a step towards subsystem selection).

Add a blip for cappie hull, indeed, not a blip but something comparable to capship size, involving all its turrets.
So it becomes a "bar" or rounded rectangle with (Pink|Greenish) triangles over it.

(Don't know the name for a color between green and blue)
