Trying to organize a California bay area dinner / VO convention

certain nights have live music!

(no pool table, no dart board. just a table for us, food and booze)

they have decent booze/food prices and a menu that has meat and meatless options
the restaurant is a 5 minute walk from Powell St BART station, right down 5th Street.

good hours to arrive for seating without reservations:

2 - 4 pm

they also have Weekend Brunch
11:00am - 3:00pm (Sat)
11:00am - 3:00pm (Sun)

the Saturday night crowd gets a little chaotic but I wouldn't presume
us to stay there for hours on end? maybe I'm naive?

I'd rather not be there for the raucous crowd and have trouble getting a table. Between 2 and 4 is good for me.

i'm down to do this august 3rd so long as everyone is in town / available

what? oh yeah no way in hell I could make it on those dates, but we'll see my travels take me weird places on short notice so I *might* end up somewhere in calif sometime before 2014 this year.

also the vo devs better watch out i'll be in chicago on the 4~8th of september an i'll be driving up to milwaukee shortly after.

I'm flexible about the date - I'm just a BART ride away.
