No fair we have to miss such comedic gems as this will undoubtedly provide... Thank god for Youtube.

I imagine every political satirist in North America (and the world most likely) is giddier than a little kid at Christmas right about now.

Edit: I was misinformed. Apparently we get Fox News after all. Turns out I haven't actually sat in front of a television in over seven years!

Ugh. Somewhere, William F. Buckley bitterly weeps.

oh i know this is the lulziest thing ever sometimes i think fox news just like trolling right wingers.

EDIT: "It's wonderful to be part of a place that so values fair and balanced news." wtf?

You. MUST. Be. Kidding. Me.

Prof Chaos, you might want to admit that she's a redneck tard and try to save some face before the truth is broadcast nightly.

Let's try to keep it in context, Smittens. She's no conservative icon, but she's still a Hell of a lot smarter than many members of Congress: See, e.g., Maxine Waters.

Congress isn't really the best context for comparison, Doc. My cousin in first grade could run mental laps around some of the people controlling our country.

Here's some context:
In the debate with Biden, remember how she asked to call him Joe? Her staff told her to do that... because whenever she tried to say his name she said "Obiden"

Yes, I've read the book. She's still smarter than Biden.

Biden went to a toilet of a law school and still barely graduated, committing plagerism along the way. http://www.nytimes.com/1987/09/18/us/biden-admits-plagiarism-in-school-but-says-it-was-not-malevolent.html

Plagerism was a big thing for Biden, who apparently was unable to write his own speeches during his '87 run for president.

And when questioned by a New Hampshire resident about his grades in law school, Biden replied "I think I probably have a much higher IQ than you do, I suspect," and then claimed that he graduating in the "top half" of his class (he actually graduated 76th of 85), that he had attended law school on a full scholarship (he received a half scholarship to law school based on financial need with some additional assistance based in part upon academics), and had received three degrees in college (he earned a single B.A. with a double major in history and political science). During this time, Biden also released his undergraduate grades, which were unexceptional.

[From wiki, I wish CSPAN had the tape online]

Your timing is flawless Lecter.

uhh no one running for president ever writes their own speeches...
Jan 12, 2010 Dr. Lecter link
Dunno about my timing, gav, but my blind cut & paste is about as good as Joe Biden's.
Jan 12, 2010 LeberMac link
Joe Biden is an utter moron. Pray that nothing ever happens to our "N00b President."

I'm sorry, but Sarah Palin is just a talking points machine.. actually look at her speeches and you'll notice that she doesn't actually say anything. All her speeches are the same. If anyone ever says that they support Sarah Palin that would be a null point as there's nothing there to support.

And omg, Sarah Palin on Fox is going to be hilarious! I can't wait, haha!

New to politics eh Shank?
Jan 12, 2010 peytros link
you guys can try to defend palin all you want but anyone who is in a public office and uses a yahoo mail account and has the password reset question be your fucking zip code is a moron there is no way she is smarter then anyone in politics.
Jan 12, 2010 Dr. Lecter link
Pey, you're just not getting it. It's not that she isn't incredibly stupid -- it's that so many others are actually dumber. I know it's hard to accept, but there you go.
Jan 12, 2010 Snax_28 link
And for the record, I wasn't implying anything in regards to Palin. I was referring to the fact that Shank thinks that speaking without saying anything is a skill/shortcoming specific to Palin, as opposed to, oh, the majority of politicians that have ever walked the earth in any given form.

I like that she'll be on Fox News - she'll be fodder on The Soup every week. Sadly, she'll destroy her chances for the presidency, so the Republicans will likely find a worthwhile candidate instead.
Jan 12, 2010 Dr. Lecter link
She never really had any chances to destroy. But her rendering herself objectively unelectable to all by becoming a dumb version of Ann Coulter can be nothing but good for those of us on the Dark Side.
Jan 12, 2010 ShankTank link
I hope she runs for president and splits the republican vote in half, I really do! Haha!
