5mil is too easy to make in less than 20 minutes (it is actually pocket change for most longtime vets), so I suggest raising the bounty to something like 20mil. Money talks, so you'll rouse more interest and action this way.

He doesn't want interaction, he is just tooting his own pipe. He really isn't that hard to kill either.
