We have to win CtC this week. I and others have worked very hard to get us wining in deliveries and defeating the serco surplus. As I write this the score is Itani: 1127 and serco: 1118.
We only have 2 days left. I hope I can count on all Itani loving people to help the cause. Please destroy any serco ctc transport ships you see. You don't have to deliver the cargo. Just making sure the serco transports don't get to their destination will help us win.
May the Itani Natio be always STRONG!

Unfortunately, I must regretfully inform you that the Ganborro Empire has annexed the entire stretch from Bractus to Edras. You will need to pay an access fee for your convoys to be permitted traversal. You may contact Rin Ganborro in game to discuss payment options.
I doubt you have enough manpower to stop the great Itani transports. Even if you do we have a connie stationed at Ukari A10 to help destroy any serco (scum) who try to enter grey.
Be warned your attacks against our territory in Deneb have been noted. If you continue to fight, and loose, you will never be able to use Ukari A10 as a staging point for your pirating and inhuman ways!

I'm not a Serco and I don't care what you do in Ukari. Ukari is not a part of the Ganborro Empire.
Cool you stopped one transport. I hope and pray that Itani everywhere will head my call and start doing the right thing for our nation. And why as a UIT do you care. Sorry I forgot the UIT are usually only there to cause strife between the us.

Oh hi there Jestasis Bess. Welcome back from your long hiatus! Unfortunately while you were gone the Serco Dominion had a minor revolution and the Red Eternal Dominion dominated CtC for an entire year undefeated.
We've stocked up on about 1b credits worth of neutron III's. When we run out of those we'll be sure to come back and expose the Itani for the pathetic excuse of a military that they are, and hell, we'll get it on film too so the whole world can see.

TheRedSpy: CtC is not only about the lame nuet iiis it is about honor. I already know you serco (scum) can't win in the Deneb Conflict. (I won't all it a war since the so called serco nation barely shows up.) I just want to remind you they is another challenge. And time and time again you loose if you don't have your precious surplus to back you. Every week more Itani and even UIT help than you toasters!

As for the war in deneb, it's OUR war in deneb, we are the aggressors and therefore we choose when to be aggressive and when to let you quake in your shoes wondering what we're up to next,

Just come out and say that serco suck. You, and your kind are just chicken. And real honor means nothing to you. And you can't really win against the great Itani nation! You might win a few battles but your home space will belong to the Itani one day. You'll never convince the Serco to actively participate in Deneb. TRS has poisoned that well quite thoroughly. Maybe there's a chance with the newbies who haven't been hit on the head with the sledgehammer of pessimism?
Also, he failed to mention that whole year they were winning at CtC, they were cheating.
Now that the duplixith bug is fixed, they don't even try.

I've played Deneb on both sides, and it's a lot less fun as a Serco due to the lack of a beachhead. They have to travel a lot farther each time they die, and if all their capships are taken out, bombing becomes very slow and painful compared to the same happening on the Itani side.
The devs intend to eventually fix that by making the Deneb stations conquerable. Apparently they consider that a valid excuse to leave Deneb in a biased state for years, instead of just flipping one of the stations over to Serco in the meanwhile, or disabling all Deneb stations entirely.
So yeah, a lot of people are pretty disillusioned about Deneb.

It's kinda funny how we think Espionage has influence on current sercos even though he doesn't play. My theory is people who choose sercos as their main are naturally inclined to be pessimistic and self-defeating. And the devs need to overcompensate in all situations in order to achieve the so called "balance" we all look for.

It's a fundamental tenant of every MMO that people seek to rally around existing organisational structures. When those structures don't exist or aren't visible, they lose interest and either write off the game entirely or switch to a different side.
There will be no Serco team until another individual sacrifices the time and effort to create an organisation. I am not in the business of spending my time organizing a group when there are other games out there that you can dedicate a casual amount of time to organize, instead of the full time constant management that you have to apply to a VO guild to actually get it going.
The Serco race is kinda like a walking contradiction. It's supposed to be one of the strong factions, a pillar of military might in the universe, but the issues in attaining that status are so old and so neglected that anybody who tries faces a gargantuan wall of pessimism from every potential ally and a wall of abuse from everybody else. I have met very few people in the world who are capable of withstanding this.
So you itani can have a manbitch about me all day long, but you won't find somebody willing to stand in my shoes perhaps ever.

dude whats up? I can't speak for Itani (anymore) or the developers. but i see an underlying problem that is not being addressed. Whats up with the serco nation? Are you saying that they don't care about anything or just ctc? or Deneb?
Look I personally don't like ITAN. But someone needs to man up and get the serco together. We can't have a WAR if the other side isn't playing.
Maybe we should move this part of the discussion to General. But i made this post to try to get some interest in both sides to participate. I think this is one of the best things about this game.

If I put in the time would they follow? I was the Supreme commander of the Itani forces for awhile. I have the time if I get character (damn more bots :( ) to the point to lead the serco nation whould they follow? Are you looking for leadership or excuses?

Yes, that's the operative question. But the way I see it is that if you go down the path you will either discover that lack of leadership was the problem all along and solve it, or you will discover that something more is required and you will know what that something is.
