No, kix the thing was people where killing the turrets for 2 hours, than a uit came in and just killed it since i assume not only did they kill the turrets but the other stuff as well. I hear a rumor of it respawning every 6 hours due to when people said they killed it, than when someone in my guild said it spawned. So it was destroyed at 1pm they say, so 6 hours from now(not sure what time zone he is i think CST) Devs any answers?

I believe I saw a couple of Akanese blasting the turrets as it patrols the border. I heard they got all of them but I was not there to find out.

Yea a new ship! Is the frigate the cap ship? Having them call it a frigate in the news made me think it was the inbetween size ship that they had mentioned previously either way thanks devs! Good stuff! Now I just have to defend it yea something else to do other than bot with my new night wing!

Its not a frigate, its a Heavy Assault Cruiser ;)

Its not a heavy assualt cruiser, its a star destroyer, and it was easy for the one person who killed it, as it had already had all the turrets stripped off it (why does it not get these replaced when on the return run from geria to solII is a question the devs can only answer) but it didnt, it stayed in this *relying on NPC and player involvement to keep it alive* status, uhum. we (the few players online and in sector) decided to let it die.

Well, anyways it died, but took a hell of a kicking before it did. You would have had to of been there.

Val I think is the supported nick name, its the one based on the nightwing mentioned in the backstory couldn't remember it's real name when I posted before. (It's the red one with a very low profile head on but a large one above and below)

Zaldar: that would be the vulture, aka nighthawk for those who like to reference the backstory. "Val" is awfully close to "Valk", shorthand for "Valkyre", and Valkyres are (almost) never painted red. "Vult" is shorthand for "Vulture".

I made a run up to Geira Rutilus and back down through Initros, stopping at all the stations I could find... no Assault Cruiser :C...

Thems the turrets. It depends on when you got to see the firg during alpha. Early alpha it had turrets and NPC wingmen (squadrons of Furies) Late alpha it just sat there doing nothing.
