Thanks PaK! (so much for sneaking!)

A word of advice to shipbuilders: choose your color by carrying the final load to M-7 in a ship with the desired hue....

I was going to go with Diamond White, but unwittingly took my hot pink battlemoth to deliver the final 100cu of carbonic. Now I have to come up with an Amethyst name for her, or maybe "Rose Quartz"...

Since you so luckily spotted Thetis & I on our shakedown cruise, I wrote up a little something (with pics) on our public forum:

Congratulations! That took, what, 6.5 weeks?

I look forward to seeing how you use it.

/edit: in reading the ORE forum, more than 6.5 weeks were spent when you include the preparation. You guys were quite clever. I like the color - reminds me of the furies.

WOoo! Can't wait for the first report that your ship's been destroyed! Then you get another one for pennies and no work, because that makes complete sense!

Much more sense than most of your posts, Imp.

Big congrats to Conflict Diamond & Company, that's an awesome accomplishment and I'll be posting it to the news page. Also: please feel free to send us feedback on how the Trident ownership mechanics are working. Hopefully, not long after E3 we'll be able to get back to improving and expanding the options for capship usage.

The plan has always been for the insured replacement to be on a sliding scale that goes up with ship losses. I just start it at 500k. (I haven't had a lot of time to write explanations lately).

Awesome work ORE!

"WOoo! Can't wait for the first report that your ship's been destroyed! Then you get another one for pennies and no work, because that makes complete sense!"

well, I'm ok with that... i mean it only takes about 6 months of work to make it the first time. Its the only incentive to actually make one in the first place.

Indeed , congratulations from those of us that have seen the massive effort ORE has put into this. Behind it all is the considerable effort put in by many guilds to ensure access to the stations needed to make the components. To be fair the conq stations have done what they were intended to do, provide a focus for activity in Grey. So to a large extent this can be viewed as a coalition success.

I doubt Impavid / tumblemonster poses a threat ... that would involve playing the game...

Not to derail this topic, but [Itan] has always had its stations' doors open to ORE. Any stations owned by us have and will be available to ORE. Claiming the capship was constructed because of efforts from the Coalition is not being entirely truthful. :)

I enjoyed reading about the conflict that developed around the manufacturing effort. Perhaps others could further elaborate. Please also describe the uses of this new cappie!

Rock on ORE!
Hopefully we'll see that insurance mission in-game soon so you don't have to hide it all the time :)
