Umm, if we pushed back billing on all currently subscribed players, that would not be good for us.

So, we're doing what we can for people who are not currently sustaining our existence; partially to see all the old-timers come back and out of general goodwill, and partially on the off-chance that some of them might want to stick around after the 1st.

I will be adding cool stuff for subbed vets, like we did previously with the special Vulture texture. I emphatically want to add more rewards for supporting us, but I don't have anything right now. We're running a bit ragged with the development load as it is. But, perhaps I'll tie that into the capship launch.. only people who have been subbed for 3 months can manufacture one, or something along those lines.

What about the people that have played for years, like Spence? Perhaps a special turret for their capital ships? An alpha/beta badge isn't really that much of a thanks, imho, though nice to look at.

hm, that kind of sucks, might as well be eve then. i may speak for others, maybe not, but i have been waiting for the capships and will sub when they are in. just my opinion though, worth about .000001 of a penny.

The way we did it last time, people could come in and do a one-time 3-month sub to gain it too. Anyway, it was just a hypothetical.
