I have been hearing that scores ect, are being reset when 3.3 comes out. Is this true? and if it is what is being reset so I know how to plan for future play.

My bet is yes. there is *supposed* to be a new economic system, or the start of 1, so all our cash should become null and void to make it fair.

score/money/inv were reset for 3.2... Also missions and a dynamic economy should change the way we make money enough so that a reset would be in order. Some of us also just have way too much money from capping and such.

I hope so but then again 3.0 - 3.1 there was no reset.. only to 3.2

I think a reset is needed, considering some of the biggest balance changes and bug fixes that occured since 3.2. Say goodbye to the money of AFK players with 100 million credits. Say goodbye to the scores of bot nukers and miners. The stats are just so disproportionate now. But then again I've got a feeling that the whole CTF spree thing will continue on to 3.3, so I'd hate to see one nation (especially Itani) get one million credits over and over while other nations struggle to survive. That would suck.

Except no more flags after missions work, so it won't be very far into 3.3, if at all.

Because if you reset money without resetting score, it looks REALLY funny.

Now i really gotta know: what the hell is wrong with one that likes botting???
Does it wreck your fine stats? Does it bother you in any way - other than you're not on top of things - in score?
Any pot-head could take a look at those stats and tell if it is bots or players people hunt for. I find them to be a challenge, to find their ways and use it against them - EXACTLY like the "complainers" about this do with real players.
There's really no difference - other than those "poor" PK's-only players aren't on top of the list...

I really don't care too much about teh score but when i've botted that much and gotten almost 900k, which takes a lot of skill :p. Then it's annoying to start at 0 again. Even if i got all my kills from real people online, i still don't want my score reset.

I definatly think having an AFK auto-logoff would stop people from gaining money from same team caps. If capping would be taken out as soon as missions are added that also would be good.

True StarFreeze - i've been thinking something like that since the addition of the huge capping amount...
Nothing personal Jm262 - believe me ;) I like botting myself and can't see why not we should have the possibility of Nuking, Mining and violently abuse those Giti wannabies for our own amusement - better them than the n00bs, right =)
What i was actually saying was that why should we "be a shamed" of our minefields or nukings - as many would call it (sorry if i understood your reply the wrong way Arolte). It is just another thing to insure something to do for those interested - just as pirating, trading, wars, duels, capping etc...
