Oh how kind of you to post a video of my death...

I'm still pissed that everybody on the tani team decided to gank the only prom first. I would've at least had a chance if lord spidey used something other than flares and rockets. I couldn't shoot crap while getting knocked around by those.

But oh well, thats the last time I will ever participate in nation war with an under-manned serco team.

I didn't mind the 5 vs 1 thing... I'll take that any day. However if you get someone firing flares at me while im busing dodging other shots, then it's just pointless. You have to be incredibly good to dodge 5 pilots and flares while in a heavy ship with a heavy setup.

But I guess it's those situations that separate the legendary pilots...

as this video shows i had 2 or 3 after me aswell, however i was in a rev c, small nimble ship that is hard to hit, and the moviemaker payed the prize for that :P

Thank you. Sound doesn't take that much space: it's only a couple of minutes, should take about 3 mb tops. I compressed it with the h264 codec. I first captured with Yukon (a 10.8 gig file), then converted it to a ffmpeg-compatible file and finally to an avi-file with the h264 codec. (I know the second step wasn't necessary). Next time I'll try to capture with sound (I had just set up yukon for video when my guild-mates told me the nation war was about to start). Picture is pretty smooth, but the next time I'll have to disable beryl I guess, because I didn't have a good framerate, so it's nice to see, but not to play. :)

Oh and finally: it's just tactics to take out a prom first.

It's always been quite easy to run from people, nothing new there. The difference is that Niki is not allowed to leave the sector in a nation war to go repair/reload. Space Hunter frequently does. Buuuut I'm not going to go farther into this so that hopefully this thread doesn't go horribly off topic and burst into flames.
