Hehe good to hear Inc. ^^ I believe after the production launch things will really start rolling^^.

I'd like to see the TGP Raptor and TGP capital ship soon, as well as the other ships such as the trident and two still unnamed ships. Besides the new ships I also look forward to the new guild management screens, however I have a question.

As soon as all of this is implemented and completed. Say 2 months from now, will we start to see storyline advancements? Such as the begins of a large conflict between the Itani and Serco, perhaps constant capital ship battles between Deneb and GR? Down the line maybe even a Serco or Itani take over of a sector, or even the discovery of a new sector/ system? Perhaps Deneb and GR would actually be militarized, with several large vessels near the border wormholes. Some of these things I think are going to be easy to create as soon a the mission editor and new UI and in production use.

Chikira: yes, we're working towards those sorts of goals. People keep asking me to fix the whole CTC thing.. but honestly, I just want to replace it entirely with a much broader Serco/Itani conflict, powered by the new Deliverator features.

These, and a great many other features have been impacted by the client-release delays. So, we're very jazzed about the prospect of finally getting this stuff into production.

CtC as it stands today could serve as a template for future Special Delivery or Convoy Escort missions. We've worked out the bugs and weaknesses of the mission type over the course of a couple of months, and it could probably be released on a wider scale with the rules fundamentally unchanged.

So, lemme get this straight, you'd like us to keep sending in bug reports on beta client 4? Dunno if that was clear in the newspost. >:P

I might even fire up V-O sometime this week to test it out more in-depth.

CtC could still be fun if it wasn't just for that pain-in-the-but trip back to Pyronis/Divinia.

If serco-captured crates could be dropped in Sedina L2 and itani-captured crates dumped in bractus C5, respectively beefing up the next delivery, I'm sure we'd see more participants. Attacking enemy convoy would have a much more interesting loot as convoys would risk getting bigger and bigger.

For me, what really takes out any interest is the fact that we can stock the N3s and the long trip makes it a boring activity, unless you're being pursuied/attacked, wich almost never happens.

To keep this on-topic, i'm looking forward the next update. My medication is starting to take effect now and despite the repeat dizziness, I should be able to test the next update more thoroughly than I did Beta-4.

To make sure I'm true-to-myself,

WOOT! WE'RE CLOSE TO FRIDAY!

Provided that Apple bug that crashes the new client is fixed, I look forward to it. :D And all these far off dreams sound good too!

Well, when the beta client is finally released into production, I think it deserves to be called Vendetta Version 2.0!

Who agrees with me?
