Howdy folks! Just thought I'd stop by here so anyone interested can watch this very interesting drama about a change to the official Blizzard forums. They're changing it so you have to use your real name to post on their official forums - and the only effective way to get technical / customer service is through those forums. The announcement post they made yesterday already has over 23,700 responses to it, with I'd say around 95% against it. Everyone acts as if all changes Blizzard suggests are final. They aren't.

they've been deleting every topic that says " Please don't do this"

even the polite ones. They are going to do this.
