Ghost was more than a little disturbed to hear about the recent schism between yoda and Mystic. At first he was skeptical, the Corvus News Network had been wrong in the past; but after a little research it seemed that the report was correct. If there was one thing he took with him from his days in BLAK, it was that the friendships they made would not be easily severed. What could possibly have come between two pilots who had been so close?
He continued to muse on this as he half heartedly scrolled through his schedule, newly assigned to him by the higher ups. Training, training and more training. It was becoming hard to remember a time when his priority was fighting a war instead of educating green pilots.
"Maybe I need a little vacation..." he mumbled to himself.
He quickly submitted a status report to notify anyone looking for him that he was "Away on business", then began to make his way to the docking bay. Whatever happened with yoda and mystic, it was time to figure it out. Old friends don't let old friends go astray and neither do BLAKs. He knew that any one of them would do the same for him in a heartbeat. The only trick was going to be finding yoda. It'd be pretty difficult to do alone. The little green man was near impossible to find when he didn't want to be. Ghost pondered attempting to dig Borb out of whatever hole he was in.
"His help could be invaluable..." he thought. "If he doesn't try to kill me first."
His steps quickened as nostalgia washed over him. It had been a long time since Ghost had flown under the name of Mortis, but there are some things that even time can't dissolve. Time to get used to the black paint job again.

Nice to see you in space Mortis, but I won't be backing down on this one. For some reason Mystic thinks me leaving CLM is a bad thing, but right now its the best thing for me. I don't know why, maybe its the Serco in me coming to bite me in the ass, but I feel I need to be part of something bigger.
Nuff said.

Well, at least finding him wasn't as hard as I thought.
Im still in Latos Mortis, look me up, at least I have my head screwed on right. Would love a chance to sit down and chat with ya.
Keyser patched into the Docking Bay Buletin system of the D-14 station, knowing that Yoda would make his way to the Corvus Hold before long. He left a brief message addressed to the little green man near the Convoy Tracking Logs where he knew he wouldn't miss it.
Yoda, I have been watching your career with great interest. You meet all of the criteria of a formidable and nefarious pirate. I can't promise you anything 'bigger', but I can offer you a leadership position in [PWND]. Should you choose to accept it, you may stay with us as long as you wish, or until you decide where you want to go from here. Just contact myself or my active Lieutenant, Annihilat0r if you wish to bear our guild's tag for a time.

Dear Soze,
I think Yoda wants to be more fearsom, not less.
Pansy.

So, we have one newb douchebag pretending to be a badass pirate vs. another newb douchebag pretending to be a badass pirate in prison. Who will win?!?
Nobody cares about you, tumble.
You either, genka.
Now can we please quit the offtopic bullshit (and trolling)?

umm, ok, whatever. you keep telling yourself that.
Guys, this is a thread for Mystic, Ghost and yoda (and whoever else they're fine with in it). If you want to bicker, this is the perfect thread: http://vendetta-online.com/x/msgboard/7/16987?page=1
Ahhh, Old comrades return. Welcome back, Mortis.
Roda followed the ongoing commotion with some interest. Yoda was a notorious pirate, and Roda was hesitant to build his organization from pirate stock. Roda's own standards called for a certain code, that was mostly incompatible with indiscriminate piracy. Pirates where hard to change, and Yoda was by no means new to the business. Still, Yoda had expressed some curiosity in the interest of gray space. Roda tried to calculate if such a venture would be considered "Big" by Yoda's standards. Every pirate, merc, and fence viewed themselves as the next big thing in gray, and Roda had to wonder if his own plans where really any different from all the others. But he knew there was one thing different. Where all the other viewed gray as a sanctuary for illegitimate activity, Roda viewed it as a sanctuary for what might be termed as "Extra Legitimate" activity. Roda questioned and challenged the ethics and policies of the superfaction triad, and hoped to make a place in gray where free pilots could set a higher standard. But this was almost exactly opposite what most pirates would be looking for. Roda continued to watch the scene unfold...
It certainly felt good to have no responsibilities again.
After searching a few less than glamorous hang outs and speaking to a few less than glamorous connections, the search had not yielded much. Although he'd been able to make long distance contact with his old friend, yoda seemed to have his mind set on moving on.
Even Mystic hadn't been able to shed much light on the subject. But from the scraps he'd pieced together, one possibility seemed to stand out from the rest. It could be very possible that a long dead loyalty to his nation was beginning to kindle in yoda. Nothing was certain yet, but if yoda was beginning to put aside the pirate and return to the Serco, there could be a world of hurt in store for the Itani.
For some time now the Itani had enjoyed a sort of space superiority, suggested only by their numbers. Pilots were getting cocky and becoming lazy. Most were too young to remember a time when the SAF, although outnumbered, showed the Itani the meaning of war. Led by Serco aces like Spellcast, Amarus and Icarus, they dominated the CtC lines for weeks with no opposition that could match their pilot skill. The memory of fighting them still brought a shiver to his spine.
If yoda were to place his loyalty with the Serco, an organized threat could arise that the Itani were simply not ready to resist. But all of this was still nothing more than a theory. Ghost needed more information, Serco information. And there was only one person to go to who knew all things Serco.
He plotted a course for Serco space and hoped Borb wasn't in a murdering mood.
Aaaaand OT: Ahoy Martin! =D

Recently fired from his LT position in [ITAN] for gross negligence and conduct unbecoming, LeberMac rolled around on the floor near his Private 1st class bunk, looking for another bottle.
Unsuccessful, he grumbled and laid back on the floor, staring at the flourescent bulb flickering above him. Good thing there wasn't much happening on the war front. He was tired of war and the constant cloning that seemed to come with it for him.
He wondered where Ghost had gone, he'd sent off his application to [SKV] weeks ago and hadn't heard anything.

Harpo, newly elevated to LT of [ITAN] after that embarrasing drunk got busted down, floated far away from the Latos/Sedina worm-hole in a RevC, enjoying a nice packet of lunch. These days he suck with the zero-g packaging after the incident with the onion dip, which still caused the interior to smell a bit off.
He knew the LT job was temporary. He never thought of himself as officer material. They promised him it would only be a few weeks. If they delayed he could always start with the practicle jokes again, it had kept him clear of rank when Smittens was commander, he could show the new stuffed suit why he was the oldest private in the fleet.
His shift was getting increasingly boring as the weeks passed. No pirates, no serco this time of day/night. He could almost wish something would change... but he new to be careful with wishes...

if you meant who-tf, genka, no, he wasn't Starfreeze, and you need to cut out the doorway drugs.
if you meant where-tf, he's happily married and spends his time doing other things
