I would support this if it was manufactured, much like the trident.

It should not be so easy, like the Superlight, at least 10 times the materials needed.

I really would rather see them implement utility addon ports for things like scanners, spoofers, and radar. Give us the choice of what features we want on our ships. The additional benefit of utility ports is they increase customization without dramaticly altering the combat characteristics of a ship.

Doubling the biggest tradeship's cargo space and calling it a MkII is kind of ridiculous. Maybe 240cu, so it can carry 2 FCP or 250cu so it can carry 5 FFSA, but 400? That is a new ship model, which would be very hard to justify being totally unarmed.

If we are going to add a whole new ship size class between Behemoth and Trident, we need to design the entire range of roles they would fill.

Conflict Diamond, we wouldn't need to add a new ship class size between the Behemoth and Trident. Ship classes can easily support a range of sizes. Class-C ships (as I've taken to calling them) being the smallest, we could probably get away with adding about 50% more size to the largest before needing to transition to Class-B (Tridents). Class-B could easily encompass ships 33% smaller than a trident up to possibly double the size of a trident, though 66% bigger might be a better fit.
