Make Capture the Flag a weekly event

This was originally going to be in a response to Alloh's NW suggestion, however I think it stands on its own.

Implement Capture the Flag as bi-weekly event. It works reasonably well and was a hell of a lot of fun when I participated. I particularly liked that team assignment was generally random (I assume by order of who opted in first).

Provide prizes for the following catagories:
1) Winning Team
2) Most scores by an individual player
3) Most recoveries by an individual player
4) Most enemy kills

The prize thing can be added later. It seems a waste to not be using all the coding that went into creating the event. Tweak it a bit and let it run on its own. If it crashes, find & fix the bug.

Quite easy to automate and integrate with mission system, teams can be based on factions, i.e., each faction offers an event mission. Event starts at GMT H:MM.

If it crashes, find & fix the bug.
Rinse and Repeat. Then other events...

Um, 1^c is still 1, Alloh. Maybe you meant +10^c, or +1Ec?

More capture the flag would be awesome. It's a more time consuming event than Nation War though, so maybe only do it every other week, to reduce burden on the devs.

Also, this is an event that I would not mind seeing automated, as long as it doesn't happen so frequently that attendance gets spread thin.

Maybe if Devs raise the priority of my suggestion on using missions to automate events, as

* Host: event-focused "guide"
* PCC: Idea: PCC Events, mission supported - From CrazySpence (No link since it is not public)

It was proved by me and CrazySpence that it is quite possible, only three fundamental items are missing:
-Event start/end date.time (Mission availability timeframe)
-Multiplayer support for PCC event missions, as HS missions are
-A process to define a host, as simple as giving a TAG (accomplishment) to player

Sure, other things would be cool, as temporary assignment to team/factions, etc, but they can come later. Even CtF and NW could be automated using missions. And we should require a new, dedicated ALT to HOST events!

CS: Essentially this would allow the PCC to host special events without having magic powers that piss off players.
Dev input appreciated as well.

P.S.: We need more MULTIPLAYER events and missions, to reunite players willing to interact, and justify 2nd M on mmorpg!

I personally like the fact that some of these events are not automated. It gives them an organic, human touch.

That human touch can still be present. But would be MUCH easier to be done with the "Host" proposal and the required missing features.

Don't you agree that more multiplayer missions, periodic events, would congregate players and reduce the "emptyness" feeling ?

My favourite example would be the MegaVoys mini-events that crosses one different route every few hours, with missions to haul/escort/intercept being offered by different facions. Every 2 or 3h you'll know where to meet other players, fostering interaction, everyday at (0,3,6,9,12,15,18,21)h local time... good reason for a quick play...

Same tools are required for Megavoys, Rat maze races, Deneb Run, CtF matches, NW automation, so on. Why we need a host for CtF? At given time, or when 4+ players take the event-mission, the event starts, npc/bots are spawn, counters/timers/location/rules provided, also allowing automation of results reporting directly to website...
