Cascading ship failure
In the current universe, there's uniway for the ship to take on dammage.
The armor basically takes all the blows until you redline no more and end up with (what I like to describe to myself as) a catastrophic engine failure wich makes you go boom.
It'd be really nice to have cascading ship failure as you take hits. Eg,
at 50%, you loose the aft radar
at 30% you loose the bow radar
at 15% you loose turbo capabilities
at 10% you loose WH jump capabilities
at 5% you loose hull integrity and loose cargo
at 0% you loose what's left of your dignity
Any thoughts?

Good idea, though I think it would change the current face of PvP in Vendetta. Perhaps not much, though. As long as the cascading failures starts at a low armour count (I'd rather see the failures begin at armour 50%, or possibly less, than early in the battle).
Of course, I'm still waiting for rechargable energy shields in addition to armour, so perhaps I've gotten this whole ship battles thingie wrong...

Losing radar would be really annoying, b/c you wouldn't be able to find out if you're about to be ganked, so I think that the radar should instead have a 3-sec refresh time.
Also, taking away turbo? You might as well be dead right there. Maybe 300% turbo drain.
And 15%: Disable Mouselook and/or FA
